Smiths English provides communication skills training to both companies and individuals. We focus on improving the delivery of the spoken word. Training helps people to further their careers by confronting the fear of public speaking head on, whilst also working on what is said and how it is delivered.

We help people to rationalise their fears of public speaking and networking. We also teach techniques to improve the natural quality of the voice, so that it has more strength or authority.

We provide a bespoke service in order to tailor our programmes to suit specific needs. Many of our clients speak English as a second language, so training has to fulfil a variety of requirements- in this instance English grammar and accent reduction often become the focus.

Our main objective is to enable all our clients to speak with confidence in any situation and to be clearly understood whilst making an impact.
