Private English and Elocution Lessons

We offer private English lessons, in and around London, to students of all levels and all nationalities. After an initial assessment, lessons are tailored to meet individual needs and interests. This method of fulfilling individual needs allows greater advancement in a shorter period of time due to the focus on the individual and their specific needs. In our experience, language learning can be accelerated by providing a full sensory experience. This ensures that all aspects of the learning experience are addressed such as conceptual grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. Smiths English offers both individual, one-to-one lessons and tuition to small groups. We have teachers in North, South, East and West London, but the location for the lesson is largely up to the student; we are happy to travel to student's homes, work places, or a mutualy convenient venue, such as a café or library, as long as it is in London or the surrounding area.


CORPORATE TUITION

We have experience teaching students in a corporate environment. We always focus on the needs of the individual student and understand that corporate lessons need to take a slightly different focus. In addition to the skills listed above, we also work on the following disciplines:

SKYPE LESSONS

For those of you who live abroad or can't make it to London, Smiths English also offers online tuition via Skype. This is also a great compromise for people who need to improve their English, but just don't have the time to leave their desk!
